Sambucus nigra Laced Up, 3L Pollinator Hardy and robustA lovely ornamental form of native Elderberry, Sambucus nigra Laced Up is a wonderfully robust shrub, with very attractive, finely divided purple black foliage. It bears superb, compound heads of tiny, light pink, lemon scented blooms in late spring. A more compact form than other Elderberries, Laced Up has a columnar habit and makes a wonderful screening plant, or works well as a pair in more formal planting.
