Blueberry, bay leaf and mint aromas. Abundant and ripe wild blueberries balanced against savoury bay leaves, lifted with a touch of mint and soft almond meal on the palate. Polished & plush. Soft, fine grained tannin, well structured with good length. Food pairing is best with nearly all red meat, including prime rib, New York strip and filet mignon.
