On the 14th June both set off from Newfoundland
This multi-national fighter was designed as an air superiority fighter and is used by a number of European Air Forces
The upgrade included CUSP avionics that integrated the Paveway IV weapon with the communications module from Cassidian and TIE (Tactical Information Exchange) from General Dynamics

Tommy was a wealthy sportsman interested in aviation, yachting and motor racing. The business started at Brooklands, moved to Canbury Park Road then settled in Kingston. After World War I Sopwith was liquidated and Tommy Sopwith formed HG Hawker Engineering with Harry Hawker, Fred Sigrist and Bill Eyre. Sopwith produced many aircraft types
