This tool is great for being able to push down on the hose and get the nozzle in a horizontal position so that it can come back out of the line under pressure. Sometimes is just the last part that when pulling with the hose reel it get stuck. This tool allows you to turn it so you can push or pull in both direction. Made of nice thick 1 4"
