The Grenache leads the blend with its pretty red fruits and perfume, with Shiraz and Mataro lending spice and structure. The fruit is all hand picked and handled gently in the winery, with levage taking place in old oak. Enjoy this wine with beef, pasta, lamb and game dishes.
