Octagonal Pressed Metal Antique Pill Box citrus reamer Zanesville I believeI believe this sweet little pressed metal octagonal shaped box is probably tin, and I think it would have been used as a pill box. It has different patterns on top and bottom and then all the way around the sides, and a nice hook closure at front and hinge on back. On the sides are loops, suggesting that it would have been hung from something and worn, and certainly it could be again! 1 7 8" diameter x 5 8" deep. There are a few small bends in the
